Location: Remote, based in Riga, Latvia

hirify.global operates a B2B comparison site across 20+ industries including iGaming, AI, fintech, SaaS, and ecommerce, building a new media and marketplace brand.

What you will do

  • Prospect and connect with white-label providers in SaaS, iGaming, AI, crypto, and ecommerce
  • Pitch and close sales for listings, podcasts, sponsored content, and sponsorships
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with founders, CMOs, and growth teams
  • Sell branded content across media channels and support event pre-sales
  • Help develop pricing, CRM workflows, outreach cadences, and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to launch campaigns

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Riga or Latvia
  • 2–5 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Fluent English with strong written communication and pitch skills
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
  • Comfortable selling to founders and marketing executives in fast-moving industries

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, crypto, SaaS, or digital media
  • Background in media sales, B2B publishing, or expo sponsorships
  • Network of relevant founders or companies in white-label industries
  • Ability to identify early-stage trends and companies worth onboarding
