TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Managing and growing relationships with existing commercial contractor clients with an accent on upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals. Focus on driving product adoption, reducing churn, and scaling the install base sales function.

Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the U.S. (excluding AK, HI, KY, MS, NE, NM, ND, RI, SD, WV, WY). Preference for candidates working East Coast hours.

Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Identify and close upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand product adoption within existing accounts.
  • Manage contract renewals and implement retention strategies to minimize churn.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer support, and product teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Develop deep product expertise to provide visionary solutions and technical presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of overachieving revenue targets between $750k and $1M+.
  • Experience navigating and closing mid-market and corporate deals.
  • Must be located in the U.S. (excluding specific operational/compliance states).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • Construction Industry experience.
