What you will do
- Own key HR operations processes for Germany and act as a trusted contact for employees and managers.
- Prepare payroll and coordinate with external providers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Maintain employee data, time management, and absences in SuccessFactors with a focus on data quality.
- Support the full employee lifecycle: contracts, documentation, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with German labor law and support audits and HR-related reviews.
- Improve HR processes and contribute to international projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree or commercial qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of operational HR experience, ideally in an international or matrix organization in the DACH region.
- Solid experience in payroll, time management, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Sound understanding of German labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Confident communication in German and English (C1 for both), written and spoken.
- Comfort working with HR systems; SuccessFactors experience is a strong plus.
