ALLPLAN is a global provider of BIM design software for the AEC industry and part of the hirify.global.

What you will do

  • Own key HR operations processes for Germany and act as a trusted contact for employees and managers.
  • Prepare payroll and coordinate with external providers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Maintain employee data, time management, and absences in SuccessFactors with a focus on data quality.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle: contracts, documentation, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with German labor law and support audits and HR-related reviews.
  • Improve HR processes and contribute to international projects and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree or commercial qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • At least 5 years of operational HR experience, ideally in an international or matrix organization in the DACH region.
  • Solid experience in payroll, time management, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Sound understanding of German labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Confident communication in German and English (C1 for both), written and spoken.
  • Comfort working with HR systems; SuccessFactors experience is a strong plus.
