What you will do
- Implement market development and manage all selling operations in Uruguay and Paraguay.
- Establish company presence and drive sales activities to expand the customer base and profitability.
- Manage the entire sales process, from identifying new business to building long-term distributor partnerships.
- Organize marketing events, product presentations, and Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions.
- Deliver training sessions for dealers and wholesalers on post-sales support and product operation.
- Analyze competition and create detailed reports via CRM.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience in the HoReCa sector or sales roles.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
