What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to increase revenue, market share, and profitability in the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across new clients, sectors, and market segments within food & beverage manufacturing, processing, and facilities.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor with tailored hygiene and food safety solutions.
  • Lead commercial activities including proposal creation, negotiations, and contract closures; manage sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analyses.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings; monitor regulatory changes and industry developments relevant to food & beverage production and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, technical, finance, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or a related field (depending on F&B specialization).
  • Typically 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within food & beverage, hygiene, sanitation, chemical, or industrial solution sectors.
  • Strong commercial, strategic thinking, planning, and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and standard office software; willingness to travel as required for customer engagement.
