What you will do

• Drive profitable sales growth through existing and new foodservice distributors and operators.
• Cultivate and manage customer relationships via personal visits, telephone, email, and trade shows.
• Develop and implement account strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create and negotiate customer contract proposals to meet annual sales and contribution margin targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality Control) to commercialize new products.
• Utilize CRM and pipeline management tools to optimize sales processes and returns.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, an Analytical Field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in foodservice distribution sales.
• Proven track record of success in account management and business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a comfort in quantitative analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% for customer meetings and market visits.
