What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and engage new partners to expand the ecosystem.
- Onboard and activate newly signed partners while managing long-tail relationships.
- Drive partner-generated referrals, opportunities, and revenue growth.
- Execute partner-focused outbound campaigns and co-branded marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate webinars, conferences, and engagement events.
- Analyze partnership performance and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or account management.
- Proven ability to build and manage external relationships that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience managing multiple partner relationships and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using a CRM to track pipeline, referrals, and performance metrics.
- Must be based in one of the specified US states to be eligible for this remote role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of direct experience with partner ecosystems or strategic alliances.
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, benefits, or HR-related environments.
- Background in partner-led demand generation and co-marketing.
