TL;DR

What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new partners to expand the ecosystem.
  • Onboard and activate newly signed partners while managing long-tail relationships.
  • Drive partner-generated referrals, opportunities, and revenue growth.
  • Execute partner-focused outbound campaigns and co-branded marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate webinars, conferences, and engagement events.
  • Analyze partnership performance and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or account management.
  • Proven ability to build and manage external relationships that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing multiple partner relationships and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM to track pipeline, referrals, and performance metrics.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US states to be eligible for this remote role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of direct experience with partner ecosystems or strategic alliances.
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, benefits, or HR-related environments.
  • Background in partner-led demand generation and co-marketing.
