What you will do

  • Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of growth customers to achieve upsell and renewal targets.
  • Proactively analyze customer product usage to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Communicate customer feedback effectively to the internal product team.
  • Collaborate across departments including Success, Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption and ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to ongoing service.
  • Maintain best-in-class product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in renewing and expanding SaaS solutions contracts.
  • Proven success in navigating organizations and identifying decision-makers within the SMB segment.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar sales pipeline management tools.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Background in SaaS sales for mobile or marketing technology.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and quickly learn new cloud applications.
