What you will do
- Own the end-to-end casino game release roadmap, from planning and testing to go-live.
- Optimize game content, merchandising, and lobby layout to maximize player engagement and commercial performance.
- Manage relationships with 35+ game providers to drive supplier performance and new content opportunities.
- Lead casino operations, resolving content and supplier issues while improving internal processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to deliver targeted promotions and content initiatives.
- Utilize AI-driven insights and commercial analysis to support revenue strategy and portfolio growth.
Requirements
- Essential: 2+ years of experience in online casino content, operations, or commercial roles.
- Hands-on experience within the UK online casino market.
- Proven ability to independently manage day-to-day casino operations and game releases.
- Experience managing third-party game provider relationships and commercial negotiations.
- Proficiency in casino back-office systems, lobby tooling, and performance reporting.
- Ability to leverage AI and data tools to accelerate reporting and drive commercial actions.
