What you will do

• Define and execute a unified product vision and strategy across Sportsbook, Casino, Poker/Bingo, and PAM verticals.
• Own and prioritize a global product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform transformation.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to launch and optimization.
• Direct the evolution of the Player Account Management (PAM) system as a core strategic asset.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Trading, CRM, and Compliance to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant platforms.
• Manage and scale a high-performance team of Product Managers, Owners, and Analysts.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Product Management, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong experience in iGaming, Sports Betting, or Digital B2C platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-product ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in Sportsbook mechanics, Casino ecosystems, and PAM (wallet, KYC, payments).
• Knowledge of Agile product operating models and data-driven experimentation.
• Ability to operate within a complex, multi-market regulatory environment.
