Location: Hybrid (Malta or Stockholm)

What you will do

  • Manage the central web platform backlog, defining business and technical requirements as Epics and User Stories.
  • Deploy agile development and delivery methods, integrating human-centered design thinking into the process.
  • Collaborate with business owners, UX, and tech teams to manage roadmaps and secure visibility of feature progress.
  • Track team productivity and effectiveness using velocity, burn-down charts, and other relevant metrics.
  • Develop the central web platform business and tech roadmap in coordination with engineering leads and architects.
  • Utilize customer analytics tools to drive data-driven product decisions and improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in web-based applications and technology.
  • Solid experience with Agile development approaches.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Willingness to travel on a monthly basis.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within the online gambling industry.
  • Experience with CX and analytics tools.
