Senior Solutions Architect (EDW Enterprise Data Warehouse Migrations)

Salary: €112,700–€140,325 EUR per year, plus potential annual performance bonus, equity, and regional benefits.

What you will do

• Design and drive the technical go-to-market and adoption strategy for large-scale enterprise data warehouse migrations across EMEA.
• Develop scalable migration processes, technical guides, guardrails, presentations, demos, and other enablement assets.
• Build, maintain, and enhance automated assessment tooling based on customer engagements.
• Act as the tier-3 technical escalation point for complex, strategic, or stalled migrations.
• Mentor and coach regional Solutions Architects and Specialist Solutions Architects.
• Provide technical feedback to Product Management and Engineering and contribute to whitepapers, technical blogs, and industry presentations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience in presales, architecture, or consulting, influencing technical executives and shaping database modernization strategies.
• Strong understanding of legacy enterprise data warehouse systems, including Teradata, Netezza, Snowflake, Synapse, Redshift, or Exadata.
• Hands-on experience with Lakehouse architecture, Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Experience designing and implementing big data architectures in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with Professional Services and Global Systems Integrators to standardize migration delivery methodologies.
