What you will do

• Coordinate purchasing requests for Marketing and HR to ensure timely and efficient procurement.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and support negotiations on pricing and commercial terms.
• Partner with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Accounting to align budgets and validate invoices.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and manage contract and supplier documentation.

Requirements

• Experience or a strong interest in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus).
• Fluent in Spanish (B2+) and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
