What you will do

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the Group.
• Consolidate financial results from international subsidiaries and maintain the Group's financial model.
• Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and business performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Operations to optimize margins and drive cost-control strategies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven international environment.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and financial operations.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, and English is mandatory.
• Must be based in or able to work in Barcelona.
