Location: Hybrid (Nicosia, Cyprus)

Compensation: €18,000 – €20,000

What you will do

• Support daily finance operations, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and general administration.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
• Maintain accurate financial records by updating spreadsheets and verifying data.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice tracking and query resolution.
• Prepare finance reports, schedules, and analysis for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various business units to gather information and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and basic data analysis.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks to deadlines.
• Must be located in or be able to work in Nicosia, Cyprus.
