What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 3 FP&A Analysts, providing coaching and direction.
• Own the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes across all global entities.
• Prepare and present monthly financial board reports to the Executive Committee.
• Partner with business unit heads to build strategic financial models from scratch.
• Design and optimize management reporting, including P&L segments and cost tracking dashboards.
• Support international expansion through financial structuring and scenario planning.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in audit, controlling, or FP&A.
• Strong technical financial modelling skills (building models from scratch).
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Experience working in an international or multi-entity environment.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
