Junior Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Validate, clarify, and post vendor invoices.
• Post advance payments and perform payment runs in SAP/TM5.
• Control travel expense accounting in line with company policies and financial regulations.
• Reconcile bank GL accounts and clearings while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support timely accounts payable operations.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field with an accounting focus.
• At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent accounting function, preferably in accounts payable, a SAP environment, or a service center.
• Practical experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, teamwork, accuracy, and deadline awareness.
