What you will do

• Handle vendor invoices, including the validation process, addressing queries, and posting.
• Manage the posting of advance payments ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial processes.
• Perform payment runs in SAP/TM5 to ensure efficient execution of financial transactions.
• Execute accounting control for travel expenses according to company policies and regulations.
• Manage the reconciliation process for bank GL accounts and clearings.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, business administration, or a similar field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within a SAP company or Service Center.
• Working experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and ability to work in a team.
