What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential retail partners in the Sibiu territory.
• Analyze retail verticals (pharmacies, electronics, flowers, etc.) to identify key partners.
• Establish trust-based relationships with internal and external decision-makers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process including technical, legal, and financial aspects.
• Identify innovative solutions to create mutual value for hirify.global and its partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales (retail experience is a plus).
• Based in Sibiu.
• Valid driver's license.
• English: Fluency required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to report on sales KPIs.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and organized mindset.
