Location: Remote in Romania (preferably Bucharest). Must be willing to travel to Cyprus approximately every two months.
Salary: 10,500 RON gross/month + uncapped commission

What you will do
- Develop and manage advertising sales across the Romanian market.
- Build and expand relationships with existing clients and media agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities and present media campaign solutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and advertising contracts to meet sales targets.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights regarding the Romanian media landscape.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Romanian speaker and fluent English speaker.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in media, publishing, advertising, or luxury sectors.
- Must be based in Romania, preferably in Bucharest.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with Romanian brands and agencies.
- Willingness to travel to Cyprus for induction and regular business trips.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, work-from-home environment.
Nice to have
- 15+ years of living and working in Romania.
- Experience selling travel or lifestyle magazines and luxury media.
- Experience with digital advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
