What you will do

• Hire, onboard, and mentor new team members to ensure the team is adequately staffed.
• Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed regional and team revenue targets and role-based KPIs.
• Conduct performance management, regular one-to-one meetings, and career planning for individual contributors.
• Collaborate with Segment Leaders on territory planning and execution.
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate quarterly forecasts using Salesforce.com.
• Promote company core values and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Requirements

• English: C1 (Advanced) required
• German: C1 (Advanced) required
• Proven B2B sales experience with high-tech products or services.
• Experience in people and team management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be permanently located in Romania

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the virtualization industry.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
