TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Generating new business opportunities and appointments for the sales team through multi-channel outreach with an accent on cold calling and lead qualification. Focus on identifying potential customers' needs, leveraging CRM tools like Salesforce and Outreach, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the Bucharest office)

Salary: from 4,900 RON gross per month + commissions

What you will do

  • Engage potential new customers via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to identify opportunities and generate appointments.
  • Educate prospects on hirify.global's value proposition and how it supports their business.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives across Europe to ensure leads progress through the sales funnel.
  • Manage accurate activity, contact, and account information using Salesforce and Outreach CRM.
  • Meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and share best practices with the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to achieve and exceed targets within the tech industry.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for technology and a growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Must be based in Bucharest, Romania, for hybrid office attendance.

  • Past experience in SaaS sales.
