What you will do

• Adapt Tibo's positioning to German regulatory and market realities.
• Own the full B2B market-building and sales cycle, from defining ICP to closing lighthouse customers.
• Build a qualified pipeline with industrial and logistics customers.
• Secure the first 2–4 lighthouse customers and turn them into long-term references.
• Identify and build ecosystem partnerships with utilities, aggregators, and energy service providers.
• Feed insights back into Tibo regarding product positioning, regulatory shifts, and competitor dynamics.

Requirements

• Experience in or close familiarity with the German energy/manufacturing or logistics landscape.
• Understanding of key elements of the German energy market.
• Comfortable being the first, with no established brand or playbook in the German market.
• Ability to think strategically and execute personally.
• Decisiveness under ambiguity and willingness to take ownership.
• Fluent German and English are essential.
