What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and platforms, from ideation to launch.
• Define the product vision and roadmap, balancing long-term innovation with short-term business needs.
• Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives, including in-product nudges, rewards, and lifecycle automation.
• Build and ship hands-on AI/ML products such as copilots, agents, chatbots, and recommendation systems.
• Lead the development of intelligent customer service and support automation (bots, self-serve flows).
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance in the domains of payments, treasury, and cards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning core product areas for complex, multi-surface products.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products.
• Deep technical fluency in how modern ML systems are trained, evaluated, deployed, and monitored.
• Strong analytical rigor with proficiency in SQL or product analytics tools.
• Track record of running A/B tests to improve activation, adoption, or retention.
• Must be based in San Francisco or Singapore

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, treasury, cards, or B2B financial operations.
• Prior work on growth, lifecycle, or PLG products.
• Technical background in AI/ML, data science, or engineering.
• Experience launching products across multiple global regions and languages.
