What you will do

• Own a product vertical end-to-end (e.g., payments, remittance, wealth) from strategy and roadmap to technical delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical design, focusing on idempotency, ledgering, and failure recovery.
• Manage regulated constraints including licensing, KYC/CDD, and sanctions screening.
• Integrate AI where it adds genuine value, ensuring reliability and traceability of data.
• Coordinate across Design, Compliance, Operations, and Finance to ship feature-complete products.

Requirements

• Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end.
• Strong system design skills (APIs, datastores, queues, concurrency).
• Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and AI evaluation metrics.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be based in Malaysia for hybrid work (3+ days in office).

Nice to have

• Technical PM or Engineering background.
• Experience shipping zero-to-one AI-heavy consumer products.
• Experience in the Southeast Asia (SEA) market.
