What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end search experience, from query input and autocomplete to results pages and filters.
• Collaborate with data science and ML teams to shape search relevance and ranking strategies.
• Drive discovery and navigation to enable seamless transitions between browsing and searching in health contexts.
• Define and refine the measurement framework for search using advanced metrics like query reformulation and zero-results rates.
• Build and prioritize a high-impact roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term search infrastructure investments.

Requirements

• Strong ownership experience in search or discovery products, including ranking logic and UX layers.
• Deeply data-driven mindset with experience interpreting complex metrics and running experiments.
• Comfortable collaborating with data science and ML teams, understanding ranking signals and semantic search.
• Ability to design intuitive user experiences across different devices and use cases.
