Location: Hybrid role based in Rotterdam. Candidates must be able to visit the office in Rotterdam several times per week.

What you will do

• Deliver a portfolio of Agentic Enterprise orchestration capabilities that provide maximum customer value.
• Ensure the AI smart assistant (Maia) offers industry-leading orchestration generation.
• Develop business orchestration capabilities, primarily focusing on BPMN-compatible workflows and microflows.
• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps that translate market opportunities into measurable outcomes.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from initial ideation through launch and post-launch refinement.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers to drive digital innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with platforms, frameworks, or developer-focused products.
• Proven track record in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Experience managing product-market fit for software products.
• Ability to work from the office in Rotterdam several times per week.
• Willingness to become fluent in the hirify.global product portfolio.

Nice to have

• Background in generative AI, agentic AI, or business process orchestration.
• Hands-on experience in software development or personal projects involving AI domains.
