What you will do

• Own the end-to-end learner journey from discovery and enrollment to active learning.
• Ship and iterate on AI-powered features that directly impact learner engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with engineering to design systems, APIs, and model implementations.
• Analyze product metrics to drive improvements in conversion and user retention.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on speed and simplicity over heavy process.
• Manage and lead product initiatives within a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2C product management within Edtech, Fintech, or consumer SaaS.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Proven track record of improving key product metrics like retention, engagement, or conversion.
• Recent experience shipping AI-integrated products or features within the last 3–6 months.
• Ability to hold technical conversations regarding APIs, systems, and model trade-offs.
• Experience managing a team.
