What you will do

• Own the end-to-end search experience including query input, autocomplete, results pages, and filters across all platforms.
• Develop search relevance and ranking strategies in collaboration with data science and ML teams.
• Improve discovery and navigation to enable seamless movement between browsing and searching in health-related journeys.
• Establish a measurement framework for search using advanced metrics like query reformulation and zero-results rates.
• Build and prioritize a high-impact roadmap balancing search infrastructure, UX quality, and experimentation.

Requirements

• Strong ownership experience in search or discovery products, covering both ranking logic and UX layers.
• Deeply data-driven mindset with experience interpreting complex metrics and running experiments.
• Ability to collaborate with data science and ML teams with understanding of ranking signals and semantic search.
• Strong focus on creating intuitive user experiences across different devices and use cases.
