What you will do

• Define the manufacturing POV and high-value decision workflows for AI-first planning.
• Create standardized manufacturing solution templates, including MPS and capacity-aware supply planning.
• Translate complex manufacturing workflows into prioritized product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to design agentic AI and autonomous planning capabilities.
• Lead customer engagement, discovery workshops, and use case validation with design partners.
• Partner with GTM, Sales, and Professional Services to shape value propositions and market investments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain/manufacturing software product management or planning roles.
• Deep expertise in production planning, MPS, or APS.
• Experience with supply chain planning systems such as Kinaxis, OMP, o9, or SAP IBP.
• Proven ability to translate complex workflows into clear product direction and requirements.
• Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to engage both practitioners and executives.
• Must be based in or able to work in the Benelux/Netherlands region in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate product research, prototyping, and specification.
• Strong interest in applying agentic AI to redefine traditional planning workflows.
