What you will do

• Lead onboarding execution and define customer success plans for large enterprise accounts.
• Drive strategic Falcon Flex adoption and consumption to maximize business value.
• Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact for clients.
• Deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) to CXO-level decision makers.
• Proactively identify and remediate risks to customer success to minimize attrition and churn.
• Partner with sales teams to identify and enable cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French.
• Must be located in France.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to calculate and communicate ROI metrics.
• Expert-level presentation and negotiation skills for executive-level engagement.
• Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and flexible licensing models.
