What you will do

  • Lead client onboarding and drive adoption of the SaaS delivery platform through training and presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term, value-driven relationships with security professionals and C-level executives.
  • Map penetration testing features and benefits to specific customer business needs and use cases.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks to the Account team to ensure client success and longevity.
  • Develop and report on key performance metrics regarding software adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Delivery, and Account teams to enhance the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or project management within a software or services company.
  • Proven track record of managing large and complex accounts.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience managing the delivery of SaaS solutions.
  • Previous background in penetration testing, vulnerability management, or cybersecurity services.
  • Ability to earn and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customer executives.
