Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity/GRC): Guiding customers through the technical validation and alignment of GRC programs with an accent on strategic discovery and technical feasibility. Focus on delivering narrative-driven demonstrations, validating cloud integrations, and shaping solution strategies to drive customer success.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Dublin (Ireland) or London (UK) with a required office presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic sales partner, owning the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
• Conduct strategic discovery to uncover technical, operational, and business pain points.
• Deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations that showcase how hirify.global solves specific customer problems.
• Validate the technical feasibility of integrations and align them with customer environments and architectures.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape deal strategies and proactively surface technical risks.
• Provide structured market feedback to the Product team to prioritize functionality and drive growth.

Requirements

• Full French language proficiency is a must.
• 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
• General knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Must be able to work from the Dublin or London office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Nice to have

• Prior experience within the cybersecurity domain.
• Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
