What you will do

• Develop and execute Meta advertising strategies across Facebook and Instagram aligned with client goals.
• Manage a portfolio of 10–15 client accounts, overseeing media budgets and spend allocation.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Perform audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign scaling.
• Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations directly to clients.
• Stay current with Meta advertising best practices and platform updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency in comprehensive media planning and strategy development.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret campaign metrics.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and remotely within the required timezone.

Nice to have

• Experience with cannabis brands.
• Previous experience working within a digital marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
