What you will do

• Own and scale paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads for international markets.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and pacing to maximize ROAS and hit volume targets.
• Execute A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze performance using GA4 and Looker to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product marketing, creative, and web teams to ensure funnel consistency.
• Report on key KPIs including CPA, LTV, and ROAS to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
• Proficiency in performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV) and tools like GA4, Looker, and Excel.
• Strong expertise in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and CRO best practices.
• Ability to align campaign performance with broader business objectives.
• Experience briefing, evaluating, and iterating on ad creatives to improve performance.
