What you will do
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns while supporting paid media on Meta and LinkedIn.
- Own keyword strategy, bidding strategies, and search intent optimization to drive high-quality candidate acquisition.
- Run full lifecycle paid campaign work: targeting, creative briefing, testing, optimization, reporting, and ongoing improvements.
- Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop and continuously improve high-performing ad creatives.
- Track and optimize performance using KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS; turn analytics into actionable recommendations.
- Continuously A/B test headlines, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and calls-to-action; build and maintain performance dashboards.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns, plus experience with Meta and/or LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, search intent, bidding strategies, match types, and conversion optimization.
- Proven results improving campaign performance while reducing acquisition costs.
- Analytical experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar reporting tools.
- Comfort managing and scaling paid advertising budgets across multiple channels.
- Must be based in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, or Venezuela).
Nice to have
- Experience with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
- Experience leveraging first-party data and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and multi-touch reporting.
