Performance Marketing Manager (Proptech)

What you will do

• Drive B2B strategy and execution across paid search, social, display, and retargeting channels.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve CPA, CAC, and ROAS targets while balancing efficiency and scale.
• Design and refine lead generation strategies, utilizing tools like Meta CAPI to improve conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with design teams to iterate on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages via rigorous A/B testing.
• Build performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights using GA4 and various BI tools.
• Manage and allocate budgets across diverse channels and audiences to maximize return on investment.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a track record of scaling direct-response KPIs.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Google, Meta, and X advertising platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in GA4, Rockerbox, and BI tools such as Tableau, Supermetrics, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategy, landing page optimization, and Meta CAPI implementation.
• Must be based in South America or Brazil.

Hiring process

• Final panel interview featuring a campaign exercise and discussion (1.5 hours).
