What you will do

• Lead, cultivate, and mentor a team of event producers and coordinators.
• Oversee the entire production lifecycle from concept development to post-event evaluation.
• Manage master production timelines, run-of-shows, and collaborate with AV vendors for hybrid and live environments.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate sponsor objectives and drive audience acquisition.
• Build, track, and reconcile event budgets to ensure projects deliver on margin targets.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in live and virtual event production.
• Proven leadership experience in managing a production team.
• Portfolio of large-scale events including multi-track conferences and live broadcasts.
• Proficiency with event tech stacks such as Bizzabo and Slido.
• Must be based in Singapore or able to work on-site at the Singapore office.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience in media, agency, or fast-paced entertainment environments.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
