What you will do

• Lead project management for MRS and non-MRS projects, ensuring clear scope definition and on-time delivery.
• Drive and embed innovation governance frameworks (Stage-Gate) from ideation to commercialization.
• Manage 3P operations, including S&OP discussions, production scheduling, and material management for assigned products.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality, and supply chain teams to manage contracts and cost negotiations.
• Monitor CMO/Toller performance against KPI targets and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Review Quality Management Systems at external sites to ensure safety and compliance with legislation and QA standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in external manufacturing, supply chain, tolling, or purchasing.
• Experience in the food, dietary supplements, or nutrition industry.
• Knowledge of innovation or project management (PMI certification is an advantage).
• Strong skills in influencing, negotiation, and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Must be based in Singapore.
