What you will do

• Plan and execute B2B projects to improve cost efficiency and operational productivity for BAU operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and manage client expectations.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as loss rates, service levels, and operational performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, process gaps, and root causes of inefficiencies.
• Translate data findings into strategic initiatives and actionable improvement plans.
• Manage project governance, monitor progress, and identify risks to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore (On-site).
• 2–5 years of experience in Project Management or Data Analysis.
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Contract Logistics is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
• Proven ability to manage client-facing engagements and stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with project tracking platforms.
