What you will do

• Monitor and analyze core paid media and growth metrics across global markets to identify trends and anomalies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on paid ads performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards for real-time visibility into media efficiency.
• Own the end-to-end execution of paid ads initiatives, from scoping and planning to delivery and outcome tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functionally between paid ads, product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Integrate AI tools and automation to optimize analysis and operational reporting cycles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management.
• Strong familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and CPM.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and learn new domains rapidly.
• Strong quantitative and logical thinking skills grounded in evidence-based conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
• Must possess the current right to work in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Web3 or crypto industry.
• Hands-on experience with paid media planning or agency coordination.
• Ability to build AI agent systems or complex automated workflows.
