What you will do

• Rotate through Sales, Marketing, and Event Planning functions over a 1-year structured program.
• Support the sales cycle from data mining and lead generation to relationship building.
• Develop and execute event marketing campaigns and create engaging marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with venues and suppliers for event-specific requirements and logistics.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operational execution.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders and clients.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Autocad, or Oracle.
