What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple simultaneous technical projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using corporate tools.
• Coordinate and supervise cross-functional project teams, including operations and support functions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong manufacturing knowledge, particularly in opto-mechanical assembly and machining.
• Experience with ERP systems and business process integration.
