Senior General Manager, Sales

What you will do

• Promote and sell products, services, and solutions to current and prospective customers.
• Inform customers about new product and service introductions and pricing.
• Create, monitor, and revise lead-generation plans to maintain a substantive sales pipeline.
• Manage multiple departments and business functions through subordinate managers.
• Assist executives in defining operational plans and strategies.
• Develop and implement department policies, procedures, and projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of functional experience, including 8 years of position-specific experience.
• Minimum 7 years of people-management experience.
• Experience managing multiple departments across functions or business segments.
• Thorough knowledge of country customs, laws, regulations, business practices, and business style.
• Generally requires a four-year college degree or additional relevant experience in a related field.
