TL;DR

ECG Business Development Manager (IoT): Driving hirify.global's Edge Computing Group solutions strategy and growth in ASEAN and ANZ markets with an accent on partner ecosystem development and consumption sales. Focus on collaborating with distributors, resellers, and ISVs to execute go-to-market strategies and scale Edge solutions across key verticals.

Location: Must be based in Penang, Malaysia (Hybrid work model).

What you will do

  • Drive and accelerate Edge solutions adoption across retail, industrial, smart cities, healthcare, and education verticals.
  • Engage with local and regional partners including distributors, resellers, ISVs, and SIs to develop and execute business plans.
  • Coordinate co-selling activities between partners and internal sales teams to meet consumption sales targets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with ecosystem partners to achieve short and long-term sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with product groups to expand go-to-market strategies and scale Edge solutions through partner programs.
  • Support go-to-market campaigns, pre-sales, proof of concept execution, and partner training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partner sales, field sales, or a related role.
  • Strong expertise in solution sales, go-to-market strategy, and sales pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Edge/IoT ecosystem in the ASEAN and ANZ markets.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools and co-selling practices.
  • Proven ability to develop partner programs and drive solution sales across ecosystems.
