What you will do

• Identify and secure new strategic customers and drive revenue growth in assigned markets.
• Develop and manage an advertising book of business predominantly within the travel sector.
• Create and deliver persuasive presentations to educate the market on hirify.global's value proposition.
• Implement extensive strategies to maximize opportunities across the entire product suite.
• Negotiate insertion orders and commercial terms, including commission levels and upselling.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth campaign handovers and conduct effective QBRs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in hospitality, digital/programmatic advertising, or the travel industry.
• Must be based in the United States (Remote - Omaha, Nebraska).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Gsuite, and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and contributing to team success.
