What you will do

  • Curate and maintain a best-in-class product offering for assigned destinations.
  • Strategically acquire new inventory to fill product gaps and highlight innovative offerings.
  • Build and strengthen destination presence to enhance selection and brand awareness.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and monitor KPIs to ensure the commercial health of the destination.
  • Align product offerings with customer preferences to drive quality and availability.
  • Establish Viator as a strong partner within the local operator community.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Account Management or Sales.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Must be based in London, UK.
  • Proven ability to use AI tools for efficiency and decision-making in daily work.
  • Strong data analysis skills and a global-first mindset.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Online Travel Agencies (OTA), operators, or in the travel industry.
