What you will do

• Partner with Product Leadership to define the product vision and roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a large cross-functional team of approximately 20 engineers.
• Drive operational excellence and minimize friction for high-impact initiatives.
• Provide technical direction and challenge architectural decisions for scalable B2B SaaS solutions.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and design teams to align priorities.
• Manage technical debt strategically while overseeing product quality and performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with significant experience in leadership roles.
• Proven background in building complex B2B SaaS enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern web development and cloud platforms (e.g., .NET Core, React, Azure).
• Demonstrated success in a dual-leadership setup (Product + Tech).
• English and Polish proficiency (C1/C2) required.
• Must be legally eligible to work and live in Poland.
