What you will do

• Act as a senior IT&D partner to EAME leadership to translate business priorities into actionable technology roadmaps.
• Execute regional strategies aligned with the global IT&D vision.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services, including ERP, applications, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity.
• Lead digital and technology transformation programs to ensure modernization and benefits realization across markets.
• Manage the EAME IT budget, portfolio governance, and investment prioritization.
• Lead and develop high-performing EAME IT&D teams and future leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT leadership experience within large, global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record of leading multi-country IT organizations with operational accountability.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs and global rollouts.
• Broad expertise across ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital platforms.
• Must be based in Hungary, Poland, Spain, Italy, or Germany.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
