Information Technology & Digital Leader - EAME

Location: Must be based in Hungary, Poland, Spain, Italy, or Germany

What you will do

• Partner with EAME business leadership and translate business priorities into technology and digital roadmaps.
• Shape and execute regional strategies aligned with the global IT&D vision.
• Oversee IT&D services across ERP, applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and end-user services.
• Lead digital and technology transformation programs, including adoption, benefits realization, and modernization across markets.
• Manage the EAME IT budget, portfolio governance, and investment prioritization.
• Lead and develop high-performing EAME IT&D teams and future leaders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT leadership experience in large, global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading multi-country IT organizations with operational accountability.
• Proven success delivering large-scale transformation programs and global rollouts.
• Broad expertise across applications, ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital platforms.
• Strong financial, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; a master’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

• MBA or equivalent qualification.
