What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of engineers through mentorship, coaching, and structured career development.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and salary discussions.
• Drive the execution of AI-powered features and act as a bridge between engineering and business stakeholders.
• Ensure operational excellence by improving CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and system performance.
• Collaborate on technical roadmaps, architectural decisions, and overall system strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland for a hybrid work model.
• 5–10 years of experience leading software development teams in fast-paced environments.
• M.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree.
• Proven track record in hiring, scaling teams, and managing difficult performance conversations.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker, ECS).
• Deep understanding of event-driven architectures, system design, and modern databases (Postgres, Redis, MongoDB).
