Location: Hybrid working, spending at least two days per week at one of our office sites in Bristol.

Salary: £40,824 - £45,360

What you will do

• Deliver performance marketing across paid social and programmatic channels.
• Support media planning and performance with agencies.
• Structure testing plans and optimize content through performance analysis and testing.
• Spot trends and experiment with new formats for social and digital content.
• Collaborate with measurement teams on attribution and measurement frameworks.
• Manage social channels, build content, and act as a brand guardian.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing performance-led digital marketing and/or social media campaigns.
• Fresh thinking and a test-and-learn mindset.
• Strong understanding of paid media optimization.
• Comfortable analyzing platform and analytical data (e.g. Meta, Linkedin campaign manager, DV360 and adobe analytics, power bi or similar).
• Understanding of full funnel marketing and paid digital media planning.
• Experience of design in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years marketing experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Financial Services ideally in B2B.
