Social & Digital Assistant Marketing Manager (Fintech): Delivering performance marketing across paid social and programmatic channels to meet commercial targets with an accent on media planning, performance analysis, and content optimization. Focus on experimenting with new formats, advising on campaign development, and managing social channels.
Location: Hybrid working, spending at least two days per week at one of our office sites in Bristol.
Salary: £40,824 - £45,360

What you will do
- Deliver performance marketing across paid social and programmatic channels.
- Support media planning and performance with agencies.
- Structure testing plans and optimize content through performance analysis and testing.
- Spot trends and experiment with new formats for social and digital content.
- Collaborate with measurement teams on attribution and measurement frameworks.
- Manage social channels, build content, and act as a brand guardian.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing performance-led digital marketing and/or social media campaigns.
- Fresh thinking and a test-and-learn mindset.
- Strong understanding of paid media optimization.
- Comfortable analyzing platform and analytical data (e.g. Meta, Linkedin campaign manager, DV360 and adobe analytics, power bi or similar).
- Understanding of full funnel marketing and paid digital media planning.
- Experience of design in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years marketing experience.

- Knowledge of Financial Services ideally in B2B.
